My Very First Road Trip!

It was a long one! We decided to drive to Vancouver & Seattle to visit family and for a little vacation before I headed back to work...BOO! It took me a while to decide if we should attempt the journey with Kingston but we decided to risk it.  Knowing that Kingston is awesome in the car and such a little trooper we figured things would be ok. AND...we were right! He was a perfect little angel! Before we left we bought a couple DVD players for the car and had him (and Dad) all hooked up for the long drive! We watched a lot of Pixar movies this faves! We had an AWESOME first family road trip!

Kingston loved playing on the luggage cart so we kept it in our room when we stayed in Kamloops.

We went to the Vancover Aquarium because I hadn't been since I was a kid. I was so excited! It was so cool. We were there for 4 hours! We even saw a Planet Earth 4D show that Kingston somehow managed to sleep through!

This butterfly kept chasing Kingston around in the Amazon and landing on his shoes! Probably because of all the bright colors surrounding the little guy!

This little guy was my favourite! They are just so playful. I could've watched him for an hour but Aaron wouldn't let me :(

This was amazing...we went underground to see the dolphin tank and one of the dolphins was completely taken by Kingston. King kept banging on the glass and this female dolphin would come right up to the glass to see him. The dolphin did this about 5 times, it was incredible! Kingston couldn't keep his eyes off of her!

We stayed right downtown in Seattle which was a perfect location. Right in the middle of some awesome shopping and very close to Safeco Field...which was good because we were there a couple times! What wasn't so good was that the Mariners lost both games, but we definitely had a great time at the ballpark regardless. Our little Mariners fan didn't seem to mind, he still sported his Ichiro jersey!

Three're outta here!

"What inning are we in Kinger?"
So smart!
